Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 10 days from the delivery date.
  2. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  3. Items marked as final sale, clearance, or custom orders are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons).
  • Accessories (e.g., jewelry or hats) unless defective.
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team at blackfridaysmarket@gmail.com.
  2. Receive Approval: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package your item(s) securely and include your order details and RA number. Ship to the address provided in your approval email.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your package.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 20 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the desired size or style is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
