Shipping Options & Costs
- Free Shipping
- Orders $100 and over qualify for free shipping within the United States.
International Shipping
- We do not ship internationally at this time. Delivery times and costs vary based on destination and shipping method.
- Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by their local government.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use the provided tracking link to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Address Changes
Changes to the shipping address must be requested within 4 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee updates.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost/Stolen Packages: Black Market Outlets is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. For assistance, please contact the carrier directly.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 5 days with photos and details of the issue.
